The pole cam is most damning because you get the 'Rodney King effect' from multiple officers striking Nichols.

But I found Nichols crying out for his mother just... man, horrible.

Each officer had adrenaline going from the chase and wanted to 'get in their licks.' The casualness after with them laughing about the chase showed wasn't their first rodeo.

I give police benefit of the doubt as they're putting their lives on the line. But they just beat this guy senseless and he was posing no threat on the ground maced getting pounded.

Given all the officers were black, doubt we see any real rioting.

shite happens when you run from and resist the police. God knows what he was in his system as well.

Some footage looks bad and probably excessive, but all you pearl clutching bitches that say this is “indefensible” or whatever need to chill the frick out because this guy’s own actions were the primary reason for his own demise.

Could Nichols have worked harder to comply? In hindsight, answer ranges from perhaps to a yes.

Should the cops have done what they did to the Nichols? No. It just isn’t defensible from any angle.

It’s just seems that this guy couldn’t do anything right with this set of cops. There just seems to be more to the story and we don’t have that context.

I've been pretty out of the loop on this, but haven't seen much on cause of death which I am assuming is massive brain hemorrhage based on the multiple kicks to the skull and five bare-knuckled punches to his temple as seen on the pole camera which, to me, is the most damning.

It seems that he's critical if not terminal when he slumps off of the car and those frickers are just jabber jiving like a bunch of hoodrats themselves.

My general reaction to these situations is that resisting cops is a bad idea in general, but something about this whole thing seems off, like it could have been personal.

This whole thing looks like what people were tricked into thinking happened to George Floyd, intentional and NOT an accident.

Why did he resist?
Why did he run away?
His fault

The entire incident is ugly. For the first encounter, despite being verbally cooperative, Mr. Nichols continued to do the almost cliche active resistance we've grown so accustomed to by now. To the point the taser was deployed. Ironically, everyone gets clear (so they are not also shocked) and that gave him the opportunity to run.

To a layperson, it seems excessive from the jump. The shouting, profanity, etc., but of course it isn't our job to deal with suspects/perps all day long.

In this particular incident, very similar to Rodney King, the longer it goes on the more brutal and incompetent law enforcement looks. There aren't any easy answers. One shouldn't be combative with law enforcement or make them feel threatened in any way during an encounter. Likewise, law enforcement officers have to check their adrenaline and other baser urges when an encounter goes on for this period of time.

I haven't watched this shite and I'm not going to. But if they're as bad as folks say they are, then I wouldn't be surprised to see one or two of these cops commit suicide.

Nichols should have learned from thee George Floyd incident.

1. Don't break the law.

2. Don't resist arrest after breaking the law.

Nichols would be alive today if he had just followed these two simple rules. Instead he put himself in a place for bad cops to take him out.

What happened before the first video?

Was it a normal stop or was there a car chase prior to the beginning of the first video?

Heard a rumor on here that Nichols may have had an affair with one if the cop's wives.

Hopefully those five worthless cünts burn in hell. They’re just as worthless as all the dindus that perpetrate the majority of violent crime while being called “a good boy” and all that bullshite.

I hope they die painfully.
