I don’t really have a dog in this fight since the guy originally ran but it’s hard to let them cuff you up properly when your head is being used as a speed bag

Yea like at least 50% of these types of videos feature one cop pulling a perp to the right while another beats the shite out of the perp for disobeying his command to go left.
