Meh, no different than if Biden, Trump, etc... walked down a street without barricades. SS and Cops would be in the dozens directly around him.
Wish there was a wider view to see how many protestors were there. I'd bet they could have easily overwhelmed his security and tar and feathered him.

Castro should know better than appear in public at this point.
The handling of the trucker protests by him and his government struck a raw nerve with large chunks of the country.
The banking industry alone about shite themselves when Hong Kong depositors pulled out en masse because dumbass there threatened to freeze and seize assets at the drop of a hat.

How safe are the parliamentary margins?
If it is a coalition government, they automatically have snap elections if they fail certain kinds of votes like a budgetary one, as it is an implicit No Confidence vote.
If the Libs have a majority government, it would take his own caucus turning on him and that is unlikely to happen.

This was the reason January 6th had to be made out to be "the worst thing that ever happened."
Dems realized how many angry people there are in the US... and how many of them were willing to drive to DC and protest/scream at Congressmen... and if enough of them had decided to just take that next small step, every Capitol police officer there and some number of Congressmen may have been killed.
So they had to stage it with actors to ensure it looked horrible while at the same time knowing it would not get out of hand (MAGA people aren't going to commit that kind of violence, writ large).
