Definitely seems like the girl didn’t think they were a threat, unfortunately they were and caused her death.

The story was that they were giving her a ride home. I’m not sure why people are so surprised she followed them to their car. Did people think they carried her out of the bar?

In the hopes of getting them drunk enough to go home with you and screw?

After reading the affidavit/police report, I think that’s the impression most people had.

When people saw that she had a .32 BAC, I think most of us just thought she was in a drunken stupor and had been carried from a bench in front of Reggies to their car. I think most of us also imagined that this was done with a specific intent of gang raping her in the back of the car.

I don’t think many people thought she was capable of running after these kid the way she did while navigating the curb to the neutral ground. To me, at least, that was kind of shocking. With a .32 BAC, I figured she would have had trouble standing up.

You should stop thinking. It's not working out well for you.

No, she just will not remember, nor is she cognizant. She can walk, sometimes just fine.

You seemed to. Since you were one of the ones calling for them to be charged with kidnapping.

You can willingly get in a car with someone and still get charged with kidnapping.

There no evidence of kidnapping here though. It was all a presumption Bjorn was making based on his inability to believe that someone like her would want to be around someone like them. He made that clear in all his posts.

I don’t blame her for not knowing a twice charged rapist was on the dance floor at a college bar. This a chronic problem that LSU has ignored.

Has it been confirmed that Kaivon was twice charged with rape in the past? I knew there were allegations but I never saw or heard he had been arrested and charged.

Google arrests with .31 BAC. There are unlimited articles of people being arrested nationwide for dwi at that level. Doesn’t mean they should drive, or that they could consent to sex. But they can turn a car on and put it in drive and go far enough to get pulled over. Doesn’t mean they know they are doing it or remember it. Same with Madison. Just because she is on her feet crossing a street for 5 seconds doesn’t mean she even knew she was doing it. You literally see her stumble after she crossed the street. That video isn’t the gotcha they think it is.

Exactly. The fact that the defense is going this angle tells me they don’t have shite and they are going to try to win the court of public opinion and taint the jury pool. That’s their only hope. Trying to challenge the BAC is dumb as frick.

Holy shite you were bouncer/doorman at Sports for two years during that time period. Much respect, I can only imagine all the shite you had to put up with those guys.

We all got sued back then. I graciously allowed some kids to finish a pool game even though we were closed. ( I am sure you remember we all had to have everyone out of the bars back then by 2 am, or some and hire a cleaning crew to clean up the bars, giving up like 30 minutes to close up. I think everyone in tigerland had same cleaning crews)

Anyway, after the game this 140 pound kid broke a damn pool stick and one of my bouncers jumped on his arse telling him he was going to pay for the damn pool stick, (they were like 5 to 10 bucks), the idiot kid swung twice at him and the bouncer knocked his arse out. I was literally racing to the damn pool tables as soon as I heard the crack, as I knew this was coming.

Lawsuit of course, and who would believe this little 5 foot 8” 150 pound dude attacked my 6 ‘2” 240 pound bouncer who benched pressed way over 400 pounds, and looked like a professional wrestler.

I put him on warning and had the marines work with him on grabbing people etc.

But there were plenty of people on here that said "there's no way that she would willingly leave with those 4 guys"

That's all the videos show.

That’s dishonest. The story from the beginning was that they were giving her a ride home. I haven’t seen anyone question that possibility.

The video is completely in line with that idea.

The posts you are referring to said she wouldn’t leave with them, with the intent of an anal gang bang.

If they didn't go where she wanted to go, there is.

Probably not enough to definitely say there was kidnapping, but it very well could be the case.

She was in a drunken stupor. God damn you are dense.

THE DEFENSE RELEASED A 10 SECOND VIDEO TO PAINT A NARRATIVE

And you bought it hook, line, and sinker.

There is video of her falling off of barstools in the bar. Is that not a drunken stupor?

Former detective Woody Overton said on his podcast that there are definitely 2 fully verifiable cases against Washington.

Some people want to be so right they refuse to wait for all the evidence.

I sure wouldn't want some of the people posting here on my jury.

True, you can't hold them against their will once they decide to get out.
