Any trade with Carolina has to make it very hard for them to acquire a QB. It's an arms race in the NFC South to see which team gets the next good QB.

If you trade him in the division you are foolish but you also force the other team to pay the tax of trading in the division. It would be 2 first round picks and no negotiation. Take it or leave it.

So once again you cannot trade a player for a coach.
Next---You could have them trade you Horn for a 2nd round pick.
Then later trade them Payton for a first in 23, a 3rd in 23 and your 2nd back in 24.
The league would look but being you are not getting your 2nd or theirs right back.
