There is such a mixed bag and you can tell he placed absolutely no emphasis on character whatsoever. You have guys like Nabers who seem like awesome teammates and people who are truly about the team, then guys like Ojulari who were good people but missing that quality that made them Devin White-type relentless team leaders, and then guys like Ricks, Gilbert, Tolan, and Boutte who were complete disasters from a personality standpoint and had virtually no interest in anything but themselves.
