Who would walk into a public place in Texas and try to hold it up without being able to "cover" all the patrons? In a few years it will be the same in other states, too. (it's now legal to conceal carry without a permit in Alabama....watch what happens there!

This happened in Baton Rouge, guy fled the scene. Cops caught up to him later and still no charges. This guy isn’t getting charged.

This is a good shoot (up until the guy leaves the scene).
The article says the perp was leaving. We don’t know that. The perp still has the gun extended and was in there moving erratically.
Guy probably would have been no billed but since he left that raises other issues.
