winning right now and winning with young players

Do you ever really watch football. The key position on the field is QB. Saban's is a senior ...ours is a freshman period...end of story. We lose to Georgia by two touchdowns....how many pick six td's did our freshman throw? Two.

to the starter of this post...why don't you sell your season tickets, cut off your cable tv and cancel your paper/internet access and don't even get on here and pretend to support the tigers. shite happens in life and in sports. not everyone can win every game every year. find me some one who has and I SAID every year you douche. what happened to lsu against UAB, Iowa, Texas, and the arse whoopins from georgia who was the coach then. and what coach beat oklahoma with inferior talent when he was at oklahoma st....the fact is that sometimes the other team fights back and alot of people forget that fact. Les has done a great job. sometimes you are going to lose and the sooner people realize that and remain positive for what we do have the better off LSU will be in the end.

The original poster is off with 15 freshmen starters for Bama but they have played better with younger players. We have looked lost and I have not seen this fixed yet like they say they will each week. However, Bama does have the better QB and that makes a huge difference. I do not like the way we are lost on getting in the def. plays and the way we are getting burnt in the secondary. This shite needs to be repaired and bad. I am not agreeing with this guy but his point has some merit on the diff. that each coach has succeeded for this season. Miles needs to have a great game to maximize our talented def. front and skill players on offense to compliment our young QB and Crowton needs to be a WIZ this game.

We can beat them and I have a feeling that we will but they better be ready and know their assignments...Its about time we looked like we know what we are doing.

Saban is a better tactical coach than Miles, but LSU has a better team this year. We have more depth.

Dunno. Miles has not lost to Texas nor Iowa in bowl games. Talk about having enough time to plan...

Coach Miles is averaging 11 wins a season and has more victories in his first three years than any other LSU coach in history.

Saban is a better secondary coach; however, Miles is a better offensive line coach.

Miles has built a very good coaching staff that has produced three top-5 finishes, a BCS Championship, and has continued to improve LSU's recruiting program, while Saban has also won a BCS Championship, improved Bama's recruiting program, but hasn't matched Miles two other top-5 finishes. Winning this week's game will only prove who has the better team this year--nothing more!

Five former NC coaches exposed Les last year:
1) Steve Spurrier
2) Urban Meyer
3) Nick Saban
4) Phil Fulmer
5) Jim Tressel

Saban is starting 15 freshmen on a #1 team

Bull butter. The offensive line has 2 seniors and 3 juniors, qb is a senior. That leaves every other starting position (except one) to a freshman. bull. the media is making this guy sound so great. he's winning with shula's recruits.

Uhhh yeah, is it really that hard to do after coming off of probation? Seriously, if Shula had the type of unconditional support y'all gave Saban after his 6-6 season last year you would have had great recruiting classes. Just sayin'

This Alabama game is really going to expose the fact, that Saban is a much better coach than Miles. I'm am a season ticket holder, and have been for a while, but I never have jumped on the Miles bandwaggon. After this game many people will, and I won't have to sit there and listen to people praise him. When he got here he had tons of talent, and as the years have passed he has done a terrible job of developing that talent. He also has allowed my beloved Tigers to lack discipline. This team is so unorganized that it isn't even funny!

I said at the beginning of this season that Mile's true colors are going to be shown. This is the first season that he can say that he is playing with his talent, and he f@%#ed that up. Oh well! I'll be supporting the tigers on Saturday, and I will be in the stands till the last snap is taken, just like the Georgia game.

Do you give Urban Myer, and Mark Richt the same praise as Saban, or are you just licking Sabans taint like we all think you are. Get behind the current coach, and support him.

tiger fan15,

If memory serves me correct, Saban lost a few games after his championship. Urban Meyer had lost 4 games following up his Nat'tl Champ team. When RP was on the team, we were expected to be strong enough to defend, but I think most realistic fans expected 2-4 losses this year. As a fan, I am appreciative for what Saban did at LSU, I think Miles is doing a good job and is keeping the talent rolling in. I am not naive enough to believe we win the BCS every year. I am satisfied finishing in top 10 in final polls and continued success recruiting.
