Yes, we have a ton of talent, but we don't have a monopoly on all of the talent in the country.

Dont try this here, most here dont understand that in athletics you come across folks that are just as good occasionally......not like Madden.

We are playing true and redshirt freshmen that are up against seasoned, older veterans...guess what, we dont win that battle often.

bravo, so that's what you've been waiting for, so why does UGA homers keep saying they don't have the type of talent LSU has every season, and going by those ratings, you would know they don't mean much because was UGA's team more talented than LSU last year?

all I'm saying is I'm still doubtful of coach Miles.

last I checked we beat bama at bama last year and if I am not wrong Satin was coaching the elephants and The Hat was coaching the Tigahs...

Of course I could be wrong, perhaps I was dreaming...

my point is that he is winning right now and winning with young players...we are underperforming with upperclassmen starting everywhere

Many of the upperclassman have not had much game experience before this year, esp. on defense. We lost key guys in key positions. Dorsey in the middle, highsmith at linebacker just to name a few. The D-line has underacheived, and have not come close to playing to their potential. At some point the players have to nut up and play football!

c'mon guys, coach Miles is okay as a coach, but would't it be fair to say he won a NC based solely on the talent the Tigers had

Yeah, b/c he didn't make the decision to go for 4 4th downs successfully to beat FLA, talent made the decision. Miles didn't make the call with time running out to beat Auburn, that was talent. I'm sick of hearing this shite from all you winey negative bandwagon fans. The fact is, this year was supposed to be a rebuilding year with all the talent we lost from last year. Just b/c we won NC last year, doesn't mean we should go undefeated and win NC every year. Miles has not lost more than 3 games in a season since he's been here which no other LSU coach can say, and he has beaten more top 25 teams than any other LSU coach including your "arse buddy" that coaches at BAMA! frick you and your negativity!

talent is only one part of the equation...must add in skill and technique development, experience, work ethic, etc. Many times teams are a year apart, they may have equal raw talent but one has an experience advantage at key positions one year, then it flips the next. See GA and LSU in 03 & 04.

Ok. Question. If he is such a bad coach why did he do more with Saban's recruits than Saban did? Second, given the losses on defense and the lack of an experienced quarterback what did you expect our record to be this year?

band wagon fans, speak for yourself, son, and if you think a few gambling 4th down calls won the NC last year, your dumber than I think.

No, you're the loser.

The man is just stating his opinion. A lot of Tiger fans/alumni feel the same way. All you arse kisser cheerleader types just can't handle the truth. Lets just see what happens Saturday. I hope The Tigers kick arse, but I haven't seen anything this season that makes me think they will actually do that. You brown-nosers can't seperate what we WANT to happen with what we THINK will happen. Yall got your heads so far up every coach and players butt, that you just can't see what's actually happening......

All of you in agreement with this post. Saban will be standing near the visitors locker room with his pants down after the game. All of you can line up and get 10 seconds on your knees. A prepayment of $100 will be taken before you are allowed to kneel. Knock yourselves out, "tiger fans"

Miles is a good dc hire away from being 7-1 and probally playing for the sec championship again this year. I think saban is a great coach but he has his faults just like Miles.

This Alabama game is really going to expose the fact, that Saban is a much better coach than Miles.

Great 11th post....so good in fact that you should probably cash in your chips walk away from the table and never come back.
