Are there people on here that do “healthy” eating for cutting without eating vegetables?

I do.
When I cut, high protein, complex carbs, etc.
I hate vegetables.
Heck, I just started incorporating fruit.

Why would you eat vegetables when you can eat testicles?

Y’all are missing out:

Big ole bowl of mixed greens with Caesar dressing and a protein source like tuna steaks or grilled chicken breast and add a boiled egg and half an avocado if you need more fat/calories is a filling and tasty lunch. Same with taco salads sans the chips. If I have pulled pork around I’ll just throw 4-5 oz on top of a salad too. Can be STUFFED and it’s like 4-500 cals.

Roasted broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus (hit them with some olive oil bit of balsamic and sea salt) are all delicious as sides with fish or steaks or chicken.

Tuna fish or egg salad with either lettuce as a wrap or sliced cucumbers in place of crackers is a tasty snack.

Does Romaine and Spring Mix count? I love having my daily salad with those along with cucumbers and tomatoes.

How much olive oil are you using? A tbsp is over 100 calories..

Healthy eating without vegetables is like partying with non alcoholic beer, no?

Simile aside, eat a pea or carrot not least of which for mindset.

Whatever drizzles out of the bottle dispenser shot pourer thing as I shake it over the pan. I’m not trying to get 5% bf dick skin shredded here I don’t think 25-50 cals of good fat over a 1:4 pan of vegetables to make them delicious is going to make a difference.
