Homewood Suites on Kaliste Saloom. Stop by T-coons around the corner or Edies down the road a bit to grab breakfast in the morning.

Just choose one in River Ranch area. Home2 and Tru or SpringHill suites. Double tree isn’t bad either and does have a bar if it’s a work trip. Towneplace is ok also but staff there isn’t great to me but you can walk to walk ons for dinner. If you’re flying then I’d stay close to the airport.

Yes, if you're into black hooker(s), anything along Evangeline by I-10. Otherwise, not so much.

Doubletree
They will shuttle you to/from airport and to many area restaurants for free.

Doubletree or Holiday inn right off interstate is nice as well. Usually 70 a night I think

The Juliet Hotel downtown. Staff was amazing.

Let’s not forget the gate in the Homewood’s back fence that takes you to that po boy place. There’s also that bakery within walking distance.

That hotel is the Carriage House, and is the correct answer.

Last time I stayed at the Doubletree it was filthy. The rooms as well as the common areas. There’s a relatively new courtyard and almost every room, if not every room, has double king beds. Great if traveling with the family.
ETA…It’s the courtyard Lafayette south, not the airport one.
