Yeah smells like bullshite. if he has evidence that would exonerate him, why wouldn't he give it to them?

I’d imagine his attorney advised against giving them anything

Do you think this is funny? Or I guess, I don’t really understand your reason for this.

Let me help you.

Yes, that DESERVES an arse beating, in a vacuum. Just like I would get my arse beat if I walked up to an NFL player and did that lol. And the woman KNOWS this, which is why she did it. Because she knows you won’t.

But!

Any woman who does something like that, or hits you, or uses fighting words or anything in that “arse beating” arena, should be left on the spot.

Because what it means is that she says “this man respects/loves me enough to NOT hit me, so I will treat him poorly and take advantage of that, rather than show him respect for it”.

So you shouldn’t hit women. Just leave em.

Lol at the victim blaming here.

Per the fiance, they had been arguing about something for 3 days. He ignored her texts all day, then is laying in a guest room twirling his reading glasses while semi ignoring her further. She breaks his glasses and goes to another room. He comes in the room, she apologizes and offers to buy him new glasses. He responds by smacking her glasses off her face, and throws her off the bed. She tries to pick up her glasses and he comes from behind and puts her in a chokehold. At some point he bites her arm.

But yeah it's her fault for instigating a psychopath

Read the warrant for yourself

If she was beat up and had bite marks on her, he’s pretty much screwed. He’ll never coach again.

It 100% is. He attempted to avoid her literally all day. She didn’t like that she wasn’t getting the attention she wanted, followed him into a guest bedroom where he was trying to avoid her, and initiated a physical confrontation by assaulting him.

This was a calculated move by a complete psychopathic piece of shite. The fact that Beard didn’t dump her years ago and continues to allow her around his children is a bigger indictment of his character than this supposed assault.

I'm told the complaining witness in Chris Beard's arrest is his fiancé.

His impending break up will be cheaper.

Too soon?

The fact that any single person here is still defending this psychotic bitch after reading her own words is incredible.

She instigated a physical confrontation with her domestic partner because he was ignoring her, then she called the cops when she got the response she was looking for.

That is some psychotic shite. The fact that Beard continued to allow this psycho bitch around his kids is awful.

I’m blaming her for her actions and him for his actions. Of which more blame belongs to him as his actions were worse.

And you're acting like they're comparable. She broke a pair of reading glasses. He threw her around the room, choked her out, and bit her.

He still chose to choke someone that wasn’t a threat to him.

If what you’re describing is the facts behind the situation I dated someone like that for a couple years. You know what I did when she acted out? Ignored her. Not once did I hit, bite, or choke her. I pinned her to the ground once because she was flying off the handle to get her to chill out. That’s the only time I got “physical” and it was only what was needed.
