Why wasn't she also arrested if she, in your words, committed textbook assault?

Because he wouldn’t provide the audio proving she was the aggressor, according to the police.

So grabbing an object is physical contact?

Where does it say "grabbing an item and then breaking it"? You said that was the textbook definition of assault...

I didn't have a problem with that.

Oh. You mean the central point I made lol.

It's the whole macho acting like she deserved it for her actions.

I said that some one snatching glasses out of someone’s had and breaking them, deserves to get their arse beat including me if I did it. Would I beat someone’s arse for doing it to me? Probably not, no.

Question: do you think someone deserves to get hit if they spit in someone’s face?

Grabbing an item out of his hands is not assault. Spitting on someone is defined as assault in many jurisdictions.

Forcibly taking something out of someone’s hands is physical contact. Yes. That is correct.

The fact that there are people here defending her actions is complete absurdity to me. Mind boggling.

Both of these individuals are absolute morons. Unfortunately for Chris, he decided to stick his dick in crazy, and crazy may have cost him his career. He should have called the cops and left.

Spitting, yes, but not what happened in this case. He had time to cool off, but still attacked her. Her actions are no longer relevant after that.

So you think Ray Rice’s wife deserved to get punched in the face by him.

But that he shouldn’t have done it.
Reasonable take to me.

No, him being a psychopath who waited 10-15 minutes before attacking her and choking her out from behind may have cost him his career.

I truly hope you don’t actually believe she deserved to be pulled from a bed and choked for this. You can argue that her actions caused him to reach a breaking point, but for most people that breaking point happens immediately. Waiting 15 minutes to react to this just adds to how terrible Beard’s actions were. Nothing he did is defensible.

Yep. He let her calculated psychopathy win out when he put his hands on her. Dumb shite move.

Now, your turn. Stop defending her actions. Hold her accountable the same way you’re attempting to hold Chris accountable. She instigated a physical confrontation. Admit that much.

Jesus Christ.

Her actions are irrelevant after he waited. Plain and simple.

I keep seeing this posted. Other than her statement to police, where is this evidence? Did she start a timer on her phone?

Just curious.

She committed a crime. It doesn’t matter how many times you dodge that fact, it ain’t gonna change.

You can't just declare something a crime when the law doesn't agree.

Why are you so convinced she masterminded this whole situation? You think she wanted to be choked and assaulted so she could have him arrested?

I would think the one piece of evidence we have is probably what everyone is going off of.

Since you seem to think it’s okay to assault a woman, what amount of time would be acceptable for a man to do this?

The law clearly agrees, and I posted as much. She initiated physical contact by forcibly taking something from his hands. Then, in a fit of rage, she broke that item.

I truly can’t believe you’re still attempting to defend her.

She was angry he wouldn’t talk to her while he was working.

She was angry he avoided her when he got home.

She admittedly sought out a confrontation.

She admittedly initiated a physical confrontation.

And you refuse to even pretend she shared any blame for this domestic dispute between two retards.

Primarily because she admittedly spent the entire day angry that he wouldn’t talk to her, and instead of giving him his space - she walked into a spare bedroom, where he was attempting to avoid her, and instigated a physical confrontation in order to get a reaction. Because she “became upset.”

She’s a psychopath.
