I’ve never had so much access to the pelicans. It’s great.

How long have you been working for Sinclair? Are there good benefits?

People shite on it every time but I’ve watched every game through the app on my iPad and not had an issue.

Better knock on some wood. You’re one of the lucky few

Yeah Ballys sucks but it is better than what was before it. Fox sports app SUCKED arse. I have it through cox so I have a wired connection to my main TV but every time I use the app to watch it on other TVs, my phone or my laptop it has worked fine. The real issue I have is with Baton Rouge being in the blackout zone.

to be completely fair the pre and post game content is light years better than with fox. I have Bally’s on cable so no access issues but I pay dearly for it

Whats the streaming site? Stream?…

As a cord cutter I was only able to watch Pels games through Sportsurge by streaming games and those streams would buffer on me all the time and was a real pain.
My parents have directtv and now that ballys has an app that I just found out about on Friday from here, I was able to download the app on our frame tv and use their directtv login. Now I can watch every game and all the Pels content they have on the app. Point being I’m grateful to be able to watch every game now without issue. Throwing this out there for any cord cutters in similar position having trouble watching games.

Not sure why everyone hates on it. I live in North Alabama and for reasons unknown to me the Pelicans are 1 of 3 teams that are blacked out on league pass so that's not an option. Using streams was frustrating and half the time I couldn't get Joel and AD calling the game. Have the app on a chromecast with Google TV and smooth sailing.

Idk if this happens for anyone else, but sometimes the audio randomly becomes slow motion so Joel and AD talk in slow mo/deep voices but the video is fine.
I know companies won’t do this because they take a percentage of profits, but it makes so much more sense to just have Bally sports (or any relatively small streaming service) to just be an add on for Amazon, Apple TV, Hulu, YouTube tv, etc., that way they can rely on the reliability of those services as opposed to creating an unreliable app that they lack the infrastructure to maintain
