fauci told rand it didnt meet the defimition of gain of function because it wasnt 10% lethal. 10% is from my memory but the definition of gof includes a % lethality which if exceeded, makes the research gof and therefore banned.

so basically the research wasnt gof, but only because they didnt make it lethal enough to meet the definition of gof. was in a video of rand grilling fauci almost a year ago.

Rand Paul seems to be the only one demanding accountability.
