Okay, I read the post I was responding to wrong. I thought you were saying that the county acknowledged that potentially 17K voters had been disenfranchised. What you were saying is about 17K voters had to deal with the tabulator issue.

But this didn't happen. As far as I know, there was no voting center where you couldn't cast your vote.

The voting centers had at least two tabulators, so if one was BO then that meant you had to wait to scan on the tabulator that worked.

Or, you had the option of dropping your ballot in Box 3, and having it counted at the central election office.
