I’ve watched the first three episodes. While it is less than compelling TV, I really am not sure why I’m supposed to be upset. Hell, it’s better than the Hobbit turds. Having said that, I’m not a Tolkienite.

The comparison is not apples to apples since Amazon is a bunch of things and Netflix is a streaming service. But the numbers for Amazon Prime subscribers are supposed to be over 150 million in the United States and over 200 million worldwide

The word fragile is obviously an attempt to frame anyone who disagrees as childish and probably contemptible.
I would actually have no problem with that if the user referred to anyone demanding identity based representation in media as fragile (because of the internal consistency).
But it becomes just partisan nonsense if identity politics is good for one group but evil when another group does the same. Once you start playing identity politics everyone feels compelled to play.
