If the rest of the league sees Dalton as a better QB, which may happen if he continues to start, Winston has 100% lost his potential as a starting QB.
Dalton wasn’t even viewed as a suitable backup by most of those teams.

I don’t disagree. But Chad has been saying for weeks that Winston didn’t WANT to start because he was trying to maintain any credibility he might still have as a potential starting QB in this league. All I’m saying is this article appears to contradict that. Clearly Winston’s play earlier this season hasn’t helped his cause as a viable starter in the NFL. I’m just not a big fan of calling a guy a quitter when you have no basis to do so.

and i quoted an article that had DA and Jameis talking about playing leading up to last week and it ended up being Dalton starting. Jameis wanted nothing to do with playing with a depleted offense and o line.
