Your first three concerts...

Metallica - And Justice For All - Johnson City, TN - 8-11-89
Dwight Yoakam/Clint Black - Richmond, KY - 10-30-89
Motley Crue - Dr. Feelgood - Knoxville, TN - 4-3-1990
There was more pot being smoked and booze being drank at that Dwight Yoakam concert on EKU's campus than the Metallica and Motley Crue concert combined.

Oh shite. You just triggered a memory. I might have to revise my list! My mom drug my arse with her to see Earl Thomas Conley like when I was 10 - 13 maybe. The place was called Tombstone Junction near Cumberland Falls KY. It's abandoned now. Technically this was my first.

If I don’t count the concerts with my parents - they were at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo - my other two are Alice Cooper (the Babys opened), and Kiss.

Kansas at the Cow Palace - December 18, 1980
Rush (Moving Pictures tour) at the Oakland Arena - June 6, 1981
Van Halen (Fair Warning tour) at the Oakland Arena - June 11 or 12, 1981
Van Halen (Fair Warning tour) at the Boston Garden - July 24, 1981
Ozzy Osbourne with Randy Rhoads at the Cow Palace - December 30, 1981
Ozzy Osbourne with Brad Gillis at the Oakland Arena - June 19, 1982
I listed more than three because I saw Van Halen both in Oakland and Boston, and I couldn't leave out seeing Ozzy Osbourne with Randy Rhoads, and then seeing Ozzy again a few months later with Brad Gillis of Night Ranger, who finished the tour with Ozzy after Randy bit it.
The Van Halen in Oakland concert was a three-night stand, Thu-Sat. I remember distinctly that it was initially announced as a two nights, but ticket sales were so brisk that they added a third night at the last minute. I don't remember if I went on Thursday or Friday. But the Friday show has been partially immortalized with a well-known YouTube video:
