We should also discuss our next challenge date. They have been five weeks apart and that would put us at Dec 20. I’m fine with it then, but we can put it off till early January if y’all think it would get more participation. I know the holidays can be hectic.

Woohoo!

I choose the humble tuber. Any variety.

Tubers it is!

I’ll wait to make a separate post to see if others have an opinion on a Dec 20 date.

I’m fine with whatever date as well, but definitely enjoy maximum participation so if we think delaying a bit helps that, I’m very much good with that.

I’m going to have to hit the google for this one. Every potato recipe I know is boring

Congrats, everyone. The date is fine with me. I think I’d have to make something before Dec 20 anyway. Don’t see myself making anything after until mid Jan.

This one is tricky. With the way some vote, if you cook a simple potato dish really good, like hashbrowns or a stuffed potato, it’s likely to win over a creative dish.

I may just go to Waffle House and give them $100 to let me cook my own hashbrowns smothered and covered.

gotta go all the way if you’ve been drinking. Along with a cheese steak omelet and a patty melt

Congratulations everyone for the excellent dishes. For the life of me, I couldn't think of a keto pasta dish. Maybe in six months I can join in the fun again. I guess I'm trying to hold onto my warrior body size from long ago. Not that it matters.

That looks amazing. All of it from pics I really like the ravioli but birra ramen is a favorite of mine too.
I had wagyu ravioli at a tapas bar the other day and I want to make something similar.

I'm going with a variation on a Bomba. I was eating this all over spain. My favorite potato dish right now.
