This literally never works. China has done the best at it and they have only done so by allow some free market movement and turning their citizenry into a virtual zombie state.

Sound business strategy from a communist.
You're making my point for me! It's not a good 'business' strategy SO CAPITALISTS DON'T DO IT. I'm not saying they should pay employees more than they produce. I'm saying, why should the employee get less than they're worth? The workers should own the means of production and split the profits together.

The great leap forward, up to 60 million starved.
Communism and socialism have killed faaar more innocent people than capitalism

Agreed, worker co-ops are great.
Then I would suggest engaging and discussing with folks(and your self) on that topic instead of coming out guns blazing with SMASHING CAPITALISM . Unless you are just looking to be provocative.

What commune do you belong?
Capitalism has saved more poor from.poverty than any other system.

Communism is workers owning the means of production and making decisions together about how/what should be made
I just don't see how this works. Personally, if I work harder than you and I think I am smarter than you, I'll want a bigger share than you. How do I go about getting ahead of you if that is my goal?

That is the problem with their message, it is the same as the republican "owning the libs"--you just push people away.

They don't. The employer/owner determines how much the worker is worth based on their skill level/output. You want more? Do more. That is the beauty of capitalism.

The workers should own the means of production and split the profits together.
Then the worker should take the risk, start his own company and then he will "own the means of production".

You should read Animal Farm.
Orwell was literally a socialist who fought on the side of the anarchists in the Spanish civil war. You should read "We" by Zamyatin. Great take down of totalitarianism, whether people call it communism or capitialism or whatever.

That's the funny part to me, a billionaire having all their material needs met and just not being allowed to control what other people get is somehow a tragedy to you, but a billionaire deciding based on their 'charity' who gets to eat makes them angels.
So you think there should be a cap on how much money someone is allowed to make? I guess you don't like innovation very much then. Why would someone bust their arse to invent a product or start a company if they're not allowed to be rewarded for their efforts? Why would anyone spend 12 years going to medical school?

You're so dumb you think I'm making your point. Red Adair said it best: If you think hiring a professional is expensive, wait till you hire an amateur.
You think the means of production should be done by incompetent boobs who are smart enough to do the job but dumb enough not to ask questions. A cog in the machine. The new boss is no different than the old. This does nothing in the ways of inspiring innovation and moving society forward.
In a free market I can take my experience in my field and easily go somewhere else if I feel my services are not rewarded. The part you don't like is the rejection. Your sensibilities are too weak to realize perhaps maybe you're not all that in your field.
The free market has a way of humbling people but with that. However you learn to improve and put yourself in a better situation. You don't like it because laziness is not rewarded.

I already do, it's called a commission check. Again, you're doing it wrong.

They don't.
They do, that's how companies stay solvent. If they paid the same or more, they'd go out of business.

You want more? Do more.
Have you ever had a job?? The highest paid often do the LEAST. The workers on the front lines bust their butt, managers do less make more, owner does the least, makes the most.

Then the worker should take the risk, start his own company and then he will "own the means of production".
Doing that and becoming an owner just means you get to now exploit other workers. Someone has to be exploited in capitalism. At least worker owned co-ops are on the right path. Workers making decisions together.

Is your commission more or less than the value your sale brought? Who keeps the rest?

You can't define this either.
Add that to capitalism and socialism as things you cannot understand.
Up to 100 million starved under socialism\comminoism.in the 20th century.
Hitler hated capitalism too.
