The truth is that there isn’t any clear-cut evidence that Kohberger actually killed them. All his legal team has to do is raise the doubts, and the judge will let him walk. And based on how there is so little evidence as of right now, they won’t have any problems doing that.
this is a joke, right? They have his DNA at the scene. They have a knife sheath, that fits the suspected murder weapon, with his DNA on it, under one of the girls he killed. They have his car leaving and phone shutting off around the time of the murder. Then turns back on again about the time it would take him to drive there after the murders. They have his vehicle on camera. They have cell phone data showing he drove around that house multiple times days before the killing. That’s just the stuff that is public…..
This is case is oooover. They don’t need the house with technology they have today to show the jurors what the house looked like and his potential movements that night

None of that automatically means he killed them. And his legal team is contesting the reliability of the instrumentation that was used in obtaining his DNA.

Are you one of these people that believes circumstantial evidence isn’t real evidence or something? Do you think Casey Anthony was innocent too or the case shouldn’t have even been brought to trial?

They let her walk because all of the evidence was purely circumstantial and there were no witnesses when it happened.
The only witness in this case was a girl who couldn’t make out the suspect except for clothing. Other than that, all of the evidence right now is circumstantial.

Circumstantial evidence IS evidence… many cases have been convicted on mostly circumstantial evidence… go read about Chandler Halderson and his case and how he murdered his parents.
The key phrase the defense loves to point to is “reasonable doubt”… they love to focus on the doubt part but not on the reasonable part. In a case like this there will be a mountain of circumstantial evidence and questions that the defense won’t be able to adequately answer… sure they can point and say there isn’t a murder weapon or whatever… but anyone who isn’t sub 80iq wouldn’t consider it reasonable to doubt he wasn’t involved in the victims murders.

Would be biggest injustice and worse outcome then OJ if he walks considering nature of crime

There were no witnesses in South Carolina and they roasted that Murdaugh dude based on circumstantial evidence

That was a lot different. In this case, they have evidence at the scene with his DNA on it, under a victim...
Also, the circumstantial evidence in this case, is WAY more than in Casey Anthony. Plus, knowing exactly when this happen, puts a lot more weight on the circumstantial evidence. No one would ever believe all those coincidences happened at 3:00am...

Ummmmmm, nah bro, not really.
There was DNA and powder residue evidence everywhere.

Every defense atty would do this for a case of this magnitude.

Aggie fan randomly wanted to let us all know that Kohberger might be innocent & there’s some psycho frat boy murderer still out there
Latest news I see was from a few days ago and a judge denied a request for TV cameras in court. There’s a closed door hearing coming up on 1/26 with Kohberger’s attorney trying to dismiss the grand jury indictment.

With modern technology, all court proceedings should be livestreamed. It would put an end to a lot of prosecutorial frickery.

Why would they tear the house down before trial?
