I was told flat out at one point that the company I was working for was not hiring white males until certain race quotas were met.
These people are every bit as racist as they pretend their opponents are.

Many of the big banks won’t be giving out loans unless you play the DEI game, that’s the scam.

Money from smaller banks spends the same way big bank money does.
And it sounds like there’s a need for some new banks that focus on banking rather than politics.

This is a weird form of self-sabotage by these companies. They are intentionally hiring less qualified employees. This will be great for small companies that only care about performance and will handicap large companies that focus on DIE hiring policies. I’d invest more in small cap and less in large cap companies going forward.

I work for a woke F100 corporation, and they do not hide the fact that they will not promote white men. For every white man interviewed for a position, 3 "diversity" candidates have to be interviewed. Now, if no diversity candidates actually apply for a position, then they'll just hire recruiters and leave it open for a year until they find some to interview! How did this happen in a white christian country?!

I dont answer the race question on applications anymore. I put “prefer not to answer” every time.
There is also a box for two or more races. I figure everyone is mixed at some point in history. That might be an option if the definition of that is not clearly defined.
