Tech layoffs are coming fast and furious. Facebook added 11K yesterday and it's only going to get worse before it gets better. I doubt any workers are going to be looking to quit over being micro-managed.

For the average worker? Sure. For the elites?

The tech space might have the largest ROI in the gap between a "good" employee and a "great" one.

Tech layoffs are overblown. It's Silicon Valley titans like Meta and Twitter that were already bloated and went on hiring sprees during Covid that are laying off. Amazon/AWS and a bunch of non-tech companies are still hiring tech talent. Implementing full in-office work is a dumb move and will only top talent to leave.

I disagree. And being in tech, I don’t see a decline in new postings.

Yep reality is setting in for a lot of employees. It’s no longer an employee market. Employers have it now unfortunately
