Don't care. Everyone knows he'll be trashed. Every republican presidential candidate is trashed. He is though, an excellent governor that can get his message out.

frick off. 81 gorillion votes notwithstanding trump is still the guy who lost to Joe Biden hiding in the basement.

And lost last night with runaway inflation, crime ridden streets and a dementia patients waging war on the middle class to run against. Last night was a bigger loss for Trump than 2020.

If he runs, it’s not going to be a cakewalk like so many on here think.

No it is not but if he doesn't post mean things on Twitter he will be light years ahead of Trump.

I’m sure the MIC will give Ron several chances to agree to comply over the next year if he runs for president. If he were to comply, they would let him win, and it would be a landslide. I don’t think he will cave though.

Fortunately, he knows how to turn those attacks to his advantage with logic and reason, and without petulance and division. This tends to cow the attackers, and prove them fools.

So, attack away.

"Trump has an approval rating in the 90’s with Republican voters."

Trump may have an approval rating with Republicans, but most fail to realize that without the undeclared and midstream voters you cannot get elected. I liked Trump, I voted for him, but that was only because he was better than the alternative, and I was right. Trump is unelectable in my opinion. He is too galvanizing. That being said however, doesn't matter if your run Mother Tersa, the MSM and the Dems are going to do their best to smear the candidate and make them look like they killed a busload of nuns.

The MSM wants DeSantis so badly it worries me. People are dreaming if they think he can replicate what he did in FL around the country. He is a great governor that handled Covid and this past hurricane impeccably.

Moderates in PA don’t give a shite about what he did in the state of Florida. Moderates in Ohio that are Union and typical Dem voters that supported Trump don’t give a shite about what he did in Florida.

Wake up people. The last two R Presidents got in by the skin of their teeth. Back to 2000. It’s basically over for republicans in presidential elections doesn’t matter how “tolerable” the candidate is.

This. DeSantis isn't going to flip a single liberal voter. The only hope is for dems to run a POS like Hillary while another Bernie comes along and chips off a fraction of their voter base.

Otherwise, it'll be a repeat of 2020.

Right, just like he didn’t flip any liberal voters in Florida.

Everyone knows he will get attacked by the left so that can stop being a talking point. And none of y’all know that DeSantis will GOPe. Based on his time as governor, you’d have to say he did a great job of standing up for America First principles.

The truth is unless conservatives stick together behind someone who doesn’t alienate half the country (or more) right off the bat, then we can’t win.
