Why do Republicans refuse to early vote?

This is so fricking stupid. Why give the other team a month to vote and tell your team to only vote on election day? If the dems want to cheat they know exactly when to do it. It might rain on election day. You may have to work late or something might come up with your kids.

Dumbest idea ever.

If 1 million people vote for 4 weeks or if 1 million people vote in one day, it’s still 1 million people voting. What does it matter when someone votes?

In principle, yes - but even if you’re losing 1/2-1% of the vote due to voting day last minute issues, it’s too much.

I still think this is a big opportunity for Republicans to capture in next election instead of only pushing Election Day voting

Are you saying more Republicans would vote if they didn’t do it on Election Day?

Why do more Democrats vote when they can vote by mail?

Keep letting these ideas percolate in your mind. Not that you’ll figure it out. You seem super stupid. But it’s still good to think.

There should only be Election Day voting and excruciatingly limited mail in.

It’s funny you think an actual democrat voter is filling out an early ballot and mailing it in themselves.

You are very naive if you think those early votes are legit.

Not “Republicans.” Trump sycophants.

I started voting in 1984, and Trump is the only Republican POTUS candidate for whom I have not voted. Since 1992, I have voted on election day exactly once.

Trump announcing that Republicans should not vote early had absolutely zero effect upon me.

Exactly.

Why do you think the Dems are so fricking adamant about keeping all of those drop boxes in big cities and filed lawsuits against people who were monitoring them?

Drop boxes are Democrat vote mills.

Early voting is the best thing ever. I'm never waiting 30+ minutes in line to vote ever again.

Republicans don’t refuse to early vote so much as Democrats obtain fake mail in ballots and use voter fraud in urban areas.

I am not saying mail in voting isn't begging for fraud and it should be stopped. But it won't be stopped.

A lot of casual voters might vote if there is no line for early voting, but aren't waiting 15 minutes in line. I just don't understand the logic of not telling your voters to vote asap.

Maybe you guys are right, but it seems stupid to me.

It's the only explanation for why we have these insane turnout levels especially in mid term elections.

People are dumber, not more civic minded. Do we really believe these urban Democrat voters are actually managing this mail vote, drop box process themselves?

Democrats know how to produce a vote for every name on the list. They are not all fake but many many are.

Why do they fight cleaning up voter rolls? All they need is the name on the list and it's a vote.

So rewrite your OP and say Republicans need to start harvesting votes, too.

I’ve voted early for the last 10 years. I never vote Election Day.

Republicans harvesting votes doesn’t work. A democrat can collect 1000 votes in the inner city in the amount of time it takes to get 50 in the burbs.
