Being in the Heights and using Uber makes it much better I think. Having to park and drive out of there in that traffic would make it pretty miserable IMO. You can always walk somewhere nearby and hang out/get food or a beer and wait for things to die down.

2 for 80 million with a club option on the 2nd year for Verlander I would have zero complaints.
