Kelly placed a lot of faith in his players, Daniels being one of them. LSU is going to win Saturday night, and Daniels will lead them to victory. No doubt!

I just have the feeling LSU is playing for the win more than Bama playing not to lose. Kinda like playing with house money or just being hungrier.

That’s great, but it’ll take more than Daniels to beat Bama. Better have the entire team with that mentality!

I Couldn't agree more with this. LSU has not paid attention to what the media has said about them in the beginning of the season. The are gaining confidence in themselves and their coach. Daniels is having fun and has 100% trust in his coach to put them in the best position to win.

I know the Tennessee coach will win coach of the year, but BK at least deserves a nomination. He has exceeded most expectations in his first year

So they didn't want to win for Kelly in the Vols game? I hate these dumb takes.

Bama is still playing for a spot in the SECCG and a playoff. There's no doubt Saban will have Bama ready to play.

I'm wondering if Kelly is going to put in some wrinkles to the offense or a trick play somewhere. With more time to prep and the players getting more comfortable with the system he might be willing to gamble more.

You just have a comprehension disorder. Players like Daniels and the offense and defense were still learning schemes and to trust one another. They got that it now. Would you agree?

Tight underneath coverage and a decent pass rush.

Alabama’s top WR in YPG is Brooks at 47. Latu is a guy we need to watch out for, too.

What’s a good 3rd down DL? Ojulari, Perkins, Gaye and Roy/Wingo?

They loss to a better team. If LSU played Vols again Saturday they would lose again, it would just be a closer game.
I think LSU will beat Bama because I don't think Bama is that good. But if LSU loses to Bama will it be because they didn't want to win for Kelly, hell no. It will be because Bama was better that day.

Play with intensity but smart. When the refs screw you, don't compound the mistake with a negative reaction.

Play through the roughing and unnecessary roughness calls by continuing to hit very hard within the rules.

No matter who gets ejected, keep hitting them hard.

Make them tap out.

In order for LSU to win they have to play mistake free football. Whatever you may think we are still a class or 2 from where Bama is. Doesn't mean we can't win but if we don't it really doesn't mean anything. I want to at least be in position to win in the 4th. If we are there then I am satisfied with the outcome. A win is just icing on the cake. We are headed in the right direction regardless.

Thankfully our WR’s seem to be adjusting to Daniels’ consistently underthrown balls / catching stuff behind them.

I believe we do have a chance. It would truly be epic if they can get it done.

2012...2014....2021....LSU had them on the ropes- nearly on the canvas- in each or these games and couldn't close the deal due to mistakes and a few very poor coaching decisions.

I'd love to see the Tigers put it all together against these guys- especially at home. We are due for a complete game, and seem to be progressing into November....

I would say players want to win every game without it having to be “for anyone”.
