You’re not a real 80’s kid if you didn’t hang out at an arcade at some point.
I did spend time in the arcade. Liked playing pool, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Space Invaders.... didn't care much for Pac Man.

I was a Freshman at LSU in 83 so yeah, I did all of those. I wrestled and played baseball in high school and had a lot of friends so those are memorable years as well.

"The Strip" at a town about a half hour from me. Particularly, a grocery store parking lot on that strip.
It was the Walmart parking lot during the weekdays. Well, it was a host of revolving lots as the police would ride through and run us off. For parties it was a spot at the river that is now high end homes.

In Mobile lots of random lots or undeveloped property. Police would eventually show up and we’d regroup at another place
Staples Lot
Wall Street
Tressels
Government Lot
Lots of house and dock parties on Mobile Bay

On the weekends most everyone hung out in the grocery store parking lot on the main drag until the cops showed up to move us along.
Then everyone would drive to the Whataburger parking lot to hang out until the cops showed up to move us along. Then back to the grocery store parking lot, wash and repeat.
Pretty monotonous, kind of like the town I grew up in.
