Novavax still pushing the lie that their vaccine prevents transmission

I know they are different vaccines but just a few weeks ago the CEO of Pfizer said they knew their vaccine would not prevent transmission of the virus. As far as I know, none of the covid vaccines prevent transmission.

You're inferring the statement "help protect your neighbors, friends,.. etc" as a claim of stopping transmission when they could mean protecting you from serious illness or death. If they say explicitly "you won't catch the china virus if you get our vaccine" then you may have an argument.

“Getting vaccinated doesn’t just affect you - it can also help protect your neighbors, friends, and other members of the community”
How can this statement be misconstrued as anything other than a claim that their vaccine prevents transmission? The quote has nothing to do with preventing serious illness or death. It literally says, “getting vaccinated doesn’t just affect you”.

You're stretching here....I get the major vaccines in play 100% lied to everyone about basically every aspect of their vaccine including how they work and effectiveness.
That said Novavax isn't a major player in the US today. I'd imagine they are less than 5% of the total vaccinations out there today....I just don't think there is enough data on Novavax to substantiate the claims you make....maybe I'm wrong but I've not seen any substantial data on Novavax.
Now Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J total different story you can blast them all you want because they deserve it...Pfizer should be shut down for the lies they told and Fauci should be in Guantanamo.

Of course they are!
They want another windfall compliments of the chumps in this country.

Novavax isn’t mRNA either. I’d take that one over the others if I wanted to.

IMO, that's not bad.
What is bad is a HUGE sign at CVS, Walgreens, and the WalMart pharmacy that says "Get IMMUNIZED today from COVID".
That's a lie.

Their vaccine is closer to the flu vax iirc, so maybe they are more confident in it than the others should be?

I am very curious about the effectiveness of Novavax.I never took the others but intended to take Novavax. Now,I am undecided but I probably won’t.
Ivermectin worked so well for me and others I know that I don’t particularly want to be a Guinea pig for Novavax.
I have a pretty good stash of ivermectin for me and family.
I take the flu shot every year but now I am curious if ivermectin would work for flu.
I’m kinda hoping I get the flu so I can experiment.

Yes it is. I know we can't sue the "vaccine" manufacturers, but what about these retailers?

Just like the other vaccines, Novavax does not prevent breakthrough infections.
Just an FYI no common vaccine prevents breakthrough infections not even the flu shot. So making that statement about almost literally any vaccine is truthful.
Now that article one thing you can infer from it is that Novavax is way behind in development when it comes to vaccines....they don't even have anything out yet (and won't until 2023) that targets the new variants.
For posterity, my advice to any person, certainly under the age of 70, would be to focus on wellness and not take any COVID vaccine regardless of brand.
I'm just saying that singling out Novavax is a bit disingenuous in my book.

100% correct.

I’m not singling out novavax. They’re the ones still running the ad that’s not true. If I had seen Pfizer or one of the other companies posting the same ad then I would have posted it as well.

Novavax missed the windfall in this country and I think it was solely because of the mRNA backers in this nation like the CDC leadership, Dr. Fauci, and others in our Federal government.
Don't get me wrong it may be that one day mRNA will become the most effective medicinal delivery mechanism in the World....we aren't there yet though I don't believe. If we were truly interested in a vaccine that would actually have helped against COVID (which obviously our leaders were not) we would have given Novavax the same opportunity that Moderna and Pfizer were given. That wasn't the case.

I agree they're not claiming to absolutely prevent transmission, but they're suggesting that transmission is reduced by vaccination.

Asking honestly: Is that possible with a smaller viral load?
