Won’t work, not the right guy. Being able to identify obscure, capable white payers isn’t gonna be enough to revive Nebraska.

Works for Iowa and Wisconsin, if those programs had Petersen the last 8 years one of them would’ve birthed the playoff by now if not at least finished in the top 6

He went 55-26 at Washington.
Lincoln is way more difficult to recruit than Seattle. Ever been to Lincoln? Has the same problems as Corvallis. Look how Mike Riley did at Nebraska.

Corvallis is Mayberry.
Eugene is totally a modern College town.
Corvallis is a cow-town that just happens to have an Ag College. Corvallis is great if you want to travel back in time and get a soda float at the local Pharmacy. I mean, Riley rode a bike to work. He was more rube than Andy Griffith. You can literally travel back to the 50s by visiting Corvallis.
