It feels like these CPI reports are lagging. I feel like inflation over the past year has been mind-blowingly high, but seems to have just remained high, not steadily increasing month over month. Anybody else feel that way?

RIP to my portfolio and 401k.

Agree....Unfortunately both Joe and the Fed don't have a clue.

Congratulations! You are now more qualified to sit on the FOMC than all 12 sitting members.

What rate range will incentivize more O&G investment? 12-15%? What rate range brings down rent increases from 2 years ago?
