France's refineries have been shutdown due strikes for awhile. NATO has nothing to do with this. Sure looks like nutters or Paid by Putin types.

We’re only in the first half of October, the chill is just starting to set in after an exceptionally hot summer, and EU countries are already starting to get fed up with each other and their allies.
Germany is blaming their energy crisis on France, because French nuclear power plants are down for maintenance. Never mind that Germany chose to close almost all of its own nuclear plants 10 years ago in an effort to show how “green” they were. The German plan since then was to import the majority of their energy from Russia, Norway, Netherlands (gas) and France (nuclear). So they were pretending to be green but in reality just getting the same old energy from outside their own borders.
EU leaders are simultaneously begging Norway to sell them more gas, while also calling them war profiteers for… selling more gas. LINK
Hungary is calling on the EU to scrap the sanctions against Russia because of the effect on energy prices.
Everyone is pissed at Germany because they have the money/debt financing ability to subsidize the cost of energy more for their citizens than other poorer EU countries.
It’s not even winter yet and the cracks are showing.
