I think Kelly doesn’t understand the step up in competition. I fear he will not until it is too late. Defense is good but offense and special teams are awful. And it is clearly coaches who picked the wrong QB as well.

The game plans are actually pretty good week in and week out. The issue is that the talent on the field either (1) cannot execute or (2) underperforms.

Independents don’t see SEC caliber competition every week. He’s a smart guy, IMO he’ll figure it out. We have to give him time to get an O-line with some depth.

LSU isn't playing the ACC, MAC, or Service Academy's every other week. Kelly couldn't get it done at ND, with all the advantages in recruiting, TV contracts, and scheduling. What makes you think a 60 yr old guy, set in his ways, is going to get it done in the SEC. Kelly and Woodward will be gone in 4 years.

We desperately need a new offensive coordinator and new special teams coordinator. We have the talent, we have the right defensive coordinator and the right head coach. Remember folks this is a young team that it’s major strength is skill players!

They want to redshirt walker Howard. Well if he is that good he won't stay 4 years anyway. Kelly still coaches in the 60s and that's not how this works. Most of the fans are thinking in these terms also.
