Daniels sucked in the 1Q and then played some of his best ball all year

The third down and 1 where he wouldn’t take the 1v1 shot was awful and exactly what we’ve been melting about. But for most of the last 45 mins, he was far from the problem.
Malik should’ve had that endzone ball, Kayshon should’ve won the fricking slot fade 1v1 that Jefferson won in his sleep every week, and our running game should’ve been able to produce more than 2.0 ypc.
Piling on Daniels this week is lazy runoff from last week. And I was beating-my-head-on-the-bar furious at him in the 1Q, so I’m certainly no fan of his. But our issues run so much deeper than him, and he was far from our biggest weakness today.

Daniels did nothing today to make me think he is going anywhere as a QB. The majority of his throws were to the sideline or underneath. The stats today were fool's gold and the scoreboard reflected the reality.

That's the problem with this fanbase.
I don't think he sucks, but I do believe we could be more consistent on offense with a potential change. And if we aren't then go back to him. I actually still think his style of play could benefit LSU depending upon the opponent. I just don't think he should be some guy who can never be benched.

6 games in and they still havent figured out that he is not Tom Brady! Still trying to jam and beat and beat and beat the round peg into the square hole. In spite of the fact that he does it really well we simply refuse to go up tempo, run read option, and run RPO.
