For Kelly alone, not including all the millions spent on the rest of the staff. Kelly basically got a blank check to hire whoever he wanted and still fricked all the hires up outside of Wilson.

Maybe the “it’s so nice having a coach that doesn’t just say we need coach better” posts will stop. Kelly says the same thing as O and every other coach and people on here act like he’s preaching gospel
