What’s the latest in the I-10 serial killer?

Law enforcement and news media continue to ignore that it's a possibility and point towards random thug violence.

Based on NOPD's response to the guy who shot and killed the Constable, as long as the person/people do not shoot at anyone associated with law enforcement, it's not NOPD's problem

There likely isn't one.

They almost all take place in gang thug areas in the East and thugs know they can shoot at each other and get away and there is not going to be any cops around for miles and miles.

That's the much more likely explanation. If there was an actual serial killer and a connection made... it will leak out at some point.
