Judges need to be held accountable as well. They need to catch hell for letting these bastards walk on no bail or on some idiotic technicality.

“Technicalities” like violations of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, right?

Damn those judges!

The simple fact is that most prosecutors plea weak cases down because they would rather put a bad guy in jail and get him off the street for a while than take a chance trying a weak case, losing it and putting that criminal on the street scot-free.

I specifically referenced that. But, that has nothing to do with my point you referenced. You are deflecting.

Choosing to not prosecute a serious crime that ethically should be prosecuted is the same as prosecuting an innocent person.
Both are withholding justice, but the latter is doing so with intent to harm.

Attempted burglary is a crime. Attempted rape is a crime. Attempted murder is a crime. Attempting to jail, successfully jailing, or preventing prison release of an obviously innocent man should be a crime.

In fact the lead prosecutor is now working with a firm in personal injury,

Sounds perfect for it; no ethics required.

Your not honestly addressing my point. Not sure how you could misunderstand.

Yes, I did.

If you wanted to limit your point to only what the OP proposed, you should have specified that.

Words aren't hard. Use them correctly next time.
