I personally will never attend another 11am game.
I attended Appalachian ST in 2008 and Vanderbilt in 2019, fk that.
There is a reason we play night games in the south.

I went to the 2004 Miss St game that was on the 11:30 Jefferson Pilot and that was a swamp arse game.

Climate change is seriously devaluing seat prices on the East Side.

I sit in the NE corner (212) and it will be warm for sure whether its 79 or 89. Maybe we'll get lucky and it will be cloudy, but this fall/winter in BR is supposed to be extremely dry.
Wear a hat that covers your ears and put on some sunscreen. Hydrate and YELL LOUDLY!

Wear a loose, light, long sleeved shirt, a big brimmed hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen, and drink water.

I'd think you'd have it worse on the west side, but no place will be safe come next Saturday.

At 11:00 am all sections of Tiger Stadium will be in the Sun, and that will last most of the game!

I am still peeling from the sunburn that I got when Tennessee showed up for the 11:30 JP game in 1989...and I am sure I am not the only one.

Sat on the east side for florida at 230 in 2013. 88 degrees 100% humidity. Probably the hottest game I’ve ever been to

The dermatologist lobby must be responsible for this. I just had a skin cancer cut off my nose last week. It’s down right dangerous to be in the sun in South LA right now.
What kills me is that the powers that be talk about climate change, being safe, wearing a mask, staying 6 feet apart, they have the ball girls in the outfield wearing helmets and never mention anything about fan safety in the early fall at football games.
For true safety sake why not a rule that no game can start before 6:30 in Tiger Stadium before October 15th? Of course we all know the “power” doesn’t really care about safety. It’s about money and TV ads. Safety concerns only come up when it’s convenient. It’s like calling someone a racist if you don’t follow “safety” protocols. “What, you don’t care about safety? That’s selfish and irresponsible and by the way racist.”
It really pisses me off that we as the paying fans have almost no control over what we pay dearly for. While I get it that many fans can enjoy the games sitting at home and watching on their 85’s they haven’t paid a dime for the game or contributed anything to the game day experience. Why don’t the PAYING FANS have any say?
And you wonder why the East Side is empty?

The entire stadium will be affected by sunlight....the east side is brutal after 2. The west and north stands will have the biggest issue with 11am

Day or night, Death Valley needs to be lit for this game. Send those hillbillies home with a big fat L

Tell me why we can't install 100 ft vertical canopies behind the lights on the west side to give more shade to the east side. I know it wont help the 11am game and would need to solve for wind issues, but someone like Elon could figure this out
