What mode of transport are y'all utilizing to get back-forth ? Really won't need a rental car while in Auburn

I’d rent a car and make a stop at Wild Leap Brewing on the way to Auburn. I don’t mind paying for a rental car if it gives me the flexibility to do what I want

I was able to get a car rental thru Alamo for weekend for 130$ . They’re pretty cheap last I looked still.

Checked auto rentals via expedia/travelocity and a 4 day rental for a shite-box economy is almost $400 w/ all the fees and taxes! Hell an uber from the airport and back would prob. be cheaper...lol

After watching the weather channel, I would suggest bringing your pirogue.

I’m still seeing 168$ for economy on Priceline. What times do you need exactly ?

Have you looked into Turo for renting a car? It's like AirBnB but for vehicles.

Thanks...used Touro a few times but when you include all the drop-off fees the lowest cost vehicles are well over $260 for just 3 days...priceline is right at $266 + god knows what airport fees. Found the mini-bus option and it's $210 + tip...that's about the best option ! i.e. don't have to drive, pay fees or gas !

Look into a Groome. It’s a van shuttle service. It runs from ATL airport and has different schedules to different cities in Georgia.

Groome Homepage

It’s goes to Auburn as well. I’m seeing 51$ each way. Good luck
