Way more level headed overall than I expected after the loss. Of course there are some doom and gloom post. But overall I am pleasantly surprised at how most realize this thing is a process and we’re not going to go from zero to hero over night.

When things are going positive - reality is never as good as people perceive it to be, and when things are going negatively, things are never as bad as people perceive it to be

The game was one 2 pt coversion away from a glorious start to the BK era and LSU being a “legit threat”. Both wins and losses are usually blown out of proportion

That's because most of us recognize this is the beginning of a rebuild.

True. Ironically enough, we went from Hero to zero over night…

Sigh.

You gotta admit, had CBK gone for two and made it, that last drive would have gone down in LSU lore.

And despite the “DERP! PREVENT!” mouth-breathers, Jayden Daniels moving this team 99 yards in about 60 seconds is damn impressive.

Agreed, but it was smart to kick the point after. And the “muh prevent” thing is hilarious, people act like they wanted us to score.

Initial reactions are going to be overreactions after a game we felt we could/should win. Overall it hasn’t been bad.

The meaning of your post escapes me

The board was a total shite show Sunday night after (and during) the game.

There was a lot of anger and vitriol.

Fans were just expecting more. Maybe UGA fans felt like this when Kirby dropped a few games his first season?

Only the die-hards bought into the off-season hype. People with sense saw what was left on the roster after the loss to K-state and knew it was a rebuild.

It was a 3-point spread against a rebuilding FSU. That should’ve been an indicator.

If you thought they were going anything more than 8-4, you were setting yourself up for disappointment.

It’s disappointing the way that they loss (sloppy play)

They have problems that for the most part, are correctable. After watching the rest of the SEC, if they clean up their act, nothing leads me to believe they can’t be competitive and have a chance to win every game they play except for maybe Bama.

Even then last years team nearly beat Bama, so who knows. Just relax and enjoy the rebuild

All of the self inflicted wounds and gifts we gave to them only resulted in a 1 point loss

I still want Polian demoted after that Special Teams performance but realistically it won’t happen so there’s only one way to go from thjs

What else can we do? A Tiger licks his wounds and fights again the next day.

But this was an especially difficult loss to be sure. We all know we should have won that game, but we just couldn't stop making mistakes.

Thankfully, the idiots are usually in the minority. Unfortunately, they're also usually the loudest.

I dont fault the team as much as I fault our "elite" coaching crew.

They made mistakes and have admitted as much. I expected them to at least be polished enough to not make visible and head scratching ones.

TBD on Denbrock, but his plays take too long to develop. Reminds me an awful lot of Ensminger in 18.
