shame what happened to him, but his music is pure. reminds me of hank williams or keith whitley. just so much heart and soul

Yes! He was a rare talent. Much more so than his dad.

Have all of his records.
Brilliant artist. Tragic ending for him though.
I go back and forth all the time in my favorite of his.
Saint of Lost Causes is the current t winner.

I like some of his stuff but he also sang that cringe civil war song from the perspective of the bad guys

Was a big fan and really sad to see him pass. He had bad demons.

Really like Harlem River Blues, but haven't listened to much else.

I went to an intimate solo concert event of his without really knowing any of his music. He blew me away in the first minute. He could play the guitar like there are two guitars. Such a strange guy and a wonderful talent. It’s very sad.

Yeah in lone pine hill he’s singing from the perspective of a y*knee or he says he doesn’t like the war or something

Man, when you're doing gigs, I hope you troll the hell out of the crowd, the same way that you do here.

I'd listen to him in a heartbeat over his Dad's bizzare live show ramblings. That count?
