Any tips for fatigue after covid infection?

Tested positive last Monday afternoon. Spent Tuesday feeling ill. Mostly minor symptoms though outside of a high temp and chills.
Wednesday I felt mostly better but couldn’t shake a 101 temp until the evening when it finally broke.
Thursday I was pretty much 100% and even got in a light workout.
Friday I went back to work and figured I had kicked it.
But then yesterday I woke up feeling horribly groggy. Like I couldn’t get out of bed tired. I spent the entire day laying around. Tried going for a walk but just couldn’t do it. I also lost my sense of taste and smell yesterday. Slight cough developed too.
Today’s been the exact same. Ive tried forcing myself to move around to shake any kind of laziness, but it’s been bad. I got in a quick full body routine (squat, bench, pull ups), but I kept it at really light weight for just a few sets.
I’m back in bed again and just feel worthless.
Anyone deal with this after having covid? I really felt back to 100% on Friday.

I'm exactly 2 weeks from starting a covid infection and squats and conditioning are still draining me like crazy, and leave me coughing altho I never had a cough with the virus.
Guessing it just takes a few weeks, there must be some sub acute lung damage for me.

Well shite. I’m too impatient for two weeks.
Just tried playing outside with my kids. Took 15 minutes of barely doing anything besides throw or kick a ball, and I’m down for the count.

I am not a doctor and I haven’t used this protocol, but I’m not sure anything on this list would have any side effects. I found the intermittent fasting an interesting component.

I had Covid Feb 3’rd.Took ivermectin ar 8pm + 2 NyQuil and slept until 12 noon next day?All my symptoms (fever, coughing, muscle aches) were gone.I spent the rest of the day and next 2 days feeling fatigued with no energy.I would sleep all night and spend the rest of the day laying around, dozing occasionally. After the 4’th day I felt my normal self.I never lost smell or taste.
I would guess you are pushing too hard to get back to normal. In my experience, viral infections hit harder than bacterial infections.I’ve had several episodes of bronchitis which required antibiotics,I would bounce back quickly, feel normal even before the antibiotics were finished,
Last time I had flu(about 25/years ago)I was dragging arse for 2 months.I would would work 3 12 hr shifts and would be wiped out next 2 days.

Take it easy man.
I rushed back in august of 21. Developed PVCs a month later that still haven’t gone away especially after working out.
Got it again a month ago and now labs coming back positive for autoimmune stuff.
There’s some crazy shite with this virus even if you don’t get that sick with it.

I had covid in early May and experienced a really bad dry cough. I shook covid in about 4 days.
A few weeks later, I developed a mild cough, but this time it was accompanied by phlegm . I’ve yet to kick that cough; it’s been about 3 months. I’ve finally resigned to the fact that it won’t go away on its own and am going to the dr this week.
