Agree, i made a slant board but also found stacking 2 2x4s to get about 3 inches of height as a step ledge was just as good!

Step on the edge of a curb or a raised surface and lean forward, you will feel the stretch, hold it for a couple minutes repeat as much as needed. Also try stretching against a counter top with foot flat on floor lean forward and bend knee slightly forward. Stretching leg laterally on a chair also helps. You must do stretching every day to extend the tendon or it will shorten and pain returns!!! Give it a try.

No, you are all wrong! This is all part of toyas new tourism campaign called "Beignets and Bullets" to bring more people into the chitty ! It gets national news, she goes in front of the cameras reassures all is well, everyone feels sorry for her, then book trips to come on down!! Its brilliant! She is playing chess and several moves ahead!!

Not sure where to post this? Trying to locate a guy by the name of Josh riding a 3 wheel bicycle with a small tan and white dog trying to get back home to Oregon. Last seen and stopped to help him on wed afternoon aug 31st on Airline hwy in B.R. near home depot at coursey heading north. He has to cross the mississippi river by ferry or old bridge (which would not be possible without help). I Want to get him a bus ticket home. Have driven all over for 4 days but no luck. Has anyone seen a white male mid 40 ish on 3 wheel bike with yellow flag and a small dog? I know its a long shot but any help is appreciated!!
