If they go for obstruction, it would have to be in S.FL where the alleged obstruction happened.
There is a problem with that in that there are attorneys involved. Trump could throw the ladies under the bus saying his lawyers misled NA....or DOJ goes after the attorneys as well.
That's a common tactic. If the DOJ really wants you, they will try to take out your lawyer. That actually was one of the keys to getting Gotti....they kneecapped Bruce Cotler, his attorney

there is no doubt whatsoever that he stole top secret documents from the United States, he showed them to the FBI. maga can stamp their feet and and pout and deflect all they want, that is the reality, it is not up for debate. and when DOJ bent over backwards to work with him on getting them back, his pulled his typical shite.

The fact that anyone is even muttering this bs over 15 boxes at a former president's compound, shows just how screwed we are as a country now. I'm guessing you are also going to provide footage or proof that Trump ordered (which would declassify them) or packed them himself (which would also declassify them.) There is about a 99.999% chance Trump was not packing shite between when Sleepy Joe was sworn in and when he departed the WH.
