How much did the trip affect LSU against UCLA?

If that game had been played in NO or at Jerry World, would the result have been different?

A lot of ppl forget the hurricane screwed their schedule up as well

Came to say this. I think they sat on a bus for like 12 hours or something crazy. Not sure if it would have mattered in the end though

I had a fabulous two week trip except for the two disasters, the hurricane and the football game.

The hurricanes in 2005 screwed up a good team’s schedule in a loss to Tennessee for a team that went 10-1 in the regular season.

In 2021 LSU was garbage anyways and went 6-7. The hurricane didn’t screw anything up that wasn’t going to happen anyways.

Hurricane Ida effected it more than anything. The team had to go to Houston before they went to Cali

It took 10 hours to go from Baton Rouge to Houston because of hurricane evacuation. They were exhausted before they ever stepped foot in Cali.
But conditioning wasn’t there.
