There is another presence on earth. It does not come from other planets. It has been on our planet since antiquity. We share this planet with it. The others have the ability to manipulate human consciousness and perceptions. They have presented themselves to humanity in many different forms for millennia.

Material and crafts have been purposely left behind and /or crashed to nudge humanity. Some of this material was siloed within defense contractors to avoid oversight of the US government. However funding from the government continue under very deep (and illegal) black programs.

The technology offers breakthroughs into what amounts to new physics. The technology would revolutionize many aspects of humanity and civilization. Officials feel that the technology was too disruptive from a security standpoint to be released historically (until a global security infrastructure can be built). The technology would also undermine the energy sector and the current economic base of the world.

Brave whistle blowers are preparing to come out of the black to openly reveal these legacy programs to the US Congress and public

I’ve seen some nutty theories on why the raid happened. This wins hands down as the nuttiest though.

Russiagate docs is the most common theory, but I wondered if it was something wild like JFK files.

That they would openly tell the people, "hey, there are these objects that violate our air space and buzz our Naval destroyers and nuclear missile sites with impunity and we don't know what the frick they are"?

No, they wouldn't. Mum would be the word. It's a severe national security threat.

If they're coming clean about them it's only because they damn well know what they are and they're being coy. In other words, they're ours.

And if they're ours, which agency would handle that exotic propulsion tech? The DoE?
