If it does happen to clear the House…anything, literally anything that requires more than one Democrat to vote for it in the Senate is toast…that includes conviction and removal regardless of how blatant the wrong is.

When a politician does this sort of thing KNOWING that she does not have the votes, it is hard to see it as anything but hamming for the cameras.
