LSU with all the leans and big time guys potentially in the fold will have a good chance to land a top 3 class this year.
Here’s who they need to commit from here on out:
5* ATH Nyckoles Harbor (9th national)
4-5* CB Javien Toviano (35th national)Multiple CBs to LSU
4* CB Bravion Rodgers (39th national) A&M commit
4-5* OL Lance Heard (60th national) Committed
4* CB Jayvon Thomas (79th national) A&M commit
4* DL Jordan hall (120th national)
4* OL DJ Chester (130th national) Multiple CBs to LSU
4* S Issac Smith (165th nationally) Multiple CBs to LSU
4* S Kylin Jackson (167th national) Committed
4* QB Rickie Collins (177th national) Committed
4* WR Khai Prean (256th national) Committed
Players that would push LSU close to the 1 spot:
5* S Derek Williams (32nd national)
4* CB Christian Gray (80th nationally)

All the notre dame beat writers who write and tweet more about Kelly than the current Notre Dame team and coaching staff would be in shambles with a Brian Kelly finish like that

Notre Dame is about to lose their best player (*5 DE Keon Keeley) too.
Apparently Bama about to flip him.

Peyton Bowen to Oklahoma as well. Man I love what is going on around the program right now. Seems like every other day another big time guy starts trending our way. I would love to shove that class down everybody else’s throats. I remember a short month ago or two where people here and from other fanbases were saying Kelly couldn’t recruit. Absolutely laughable. We are swinging our dick around right now.

Their top safety Bowen is about to flip to OU. His QB is already committed there.

Hopefully you are missing 1 top 30 player and another top 100. But everything else looks "Spot on " good job my man.... I'm not counting Williams yet, but there is legit hope.
Bowen is not a lock to ANYONE, right now, in fact a visit to Tiger Stadium is being discussed, and a PROBABILITY....

If both those players flip then LSU will jump Notre Dame easy.
Either way LSU was going to catch them.

All players listed above LSU supposedly leads for.
Players that would push LSU close to the 1 spot:
5* S Derek Williams (32nd national)
4* TJ Shanahan (150th national)
So you put this list together your self? Is that correct?
Nobody told you this? You didn't hear this? Somebody close to the program or a friend of yours didn't say the list and you are just repeating the message?
It's all just your opinion?
Well, how bout cha... You've learned something and used it on the field!
Never thought I'd be able to say this - here's an Upvote.

With each day it does look like we are going to catch them and it makes me lmao!!!

Harbor is really important for national recognition and he could come here and play TE.

So we are flipping a DB from either Georgia or Alabama?
I'm going to guess that you are talking about AJ Harris

Somebody may correct me on the numbers but pull all those guys and that would collectively be the highest rated class in LSU history right? Small asterisk because we'd have a bigger class than the previous 25 man limit so a smaller class may have had a higher average star rating but this would surely rank near the top.

It would be the #1 overall class for LSU all time.

How many can LSU sign this class to stay at 85 scholarships?
Posted on 8/9/22 at 6:29 pm to Mickey Goldmill
It's way too early to calculate the exact number, but it's going to be 30+
Some people are thinking like 37

depends on early departures & portal entries from our current roster. Most predictions range from 30-35
Posted on 8/9/22 at 6:41 pm to SlidellTiger
32 for sure, we will have a few leave, and hopefully a couple drafted that weren't expected..Meaning coached way the heck up !!!
Posted on 8/9/22 at 8:46 pm to Tigerbait1977
I feel like only thing missing is another LB.
Posted on 8/9/22 at 9:08 pm to Tigerbait1977
Are we really taking 3 more CBs when there are already 3 CBs committed in the current class or will a couple be processed?
