The bar on Old Hammond Rd. across from what used to be the Home Depot?

I went there years ago on a sketchy bar tour, is it still around?

yes, it's still there. I put myself in timeout quite a bit. Great bar to hangout in and not be seen. oh, and good jukebox too

As far as I know it's still alive and kicking. Used to live by it back in 02. Went a couple of times. I looked likea fish out of water though. We were all 20 - 22 whereas the rest of the "crowd" were in at least upper 30's.

completely agree.....you will see some shady characters however, but I like to people watch. They also serve free food sometimes during the LSU games.

hey, auburntiger. sorry that i can't answer your question, but I was wondering if you'd be willing to talk about your counterfeit ticket experience for The Daily Reveille. It would be greatly appreciated. I can post my contact info if you are interested

I think it's a Burlington Coat Factory now.

Have any of yall done a bar tour to some of the classic dives around town?

Is that the place that was owned by an Arkansas alum and had a few regulars that were Hog fans?

It's been years since I have been there, but it was a fun dive bar.

Not a bar tour, but my friends and I had a Trashy Tuesday night every few months. Mainly the bars that were chosen were in surrounding areas though. Favorite place was Mom's or Mama's Place on Hwy. 44.
